Orders

Where is my order?
Once an order is placed, please allow 3 to 5 business days for it to be packed and shipped from our warehouse. Upon shipment, you will receive an email with your tracking information. Please allow up to 7 business days for the package to arrive from the day your order ships.

How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification containing the tracking information.
Your order may arrive in several shipments. You will receive a separate notification for each.

What are your processing times?
Orders are processed pending item availability and payment approval. During high volume periods, availability may change while your order is being processed.
Most orders placed Monday through Friday are processed and shipped within 2 to 5 business days. Orders placed Friday or over the weekend begin processing Monday.
Certain products may have longer processing times. These will be noted on the product and cart pages.

Can I update or change my order?
Orders cannot be changed or updated once placed, as they immediately begin processing. To add an item, please place a new order.

Can I cancel my order?
We are usually unable to change or cancel an order once placed.
An order may be cancelled during high volume periods if inventory sells out. If your order is cancelled, all charges are automatically refunded.
To protect your security, we take additional steps to verify order details. If you receive a cancellation notice, please contact us for more information.

Can I change my shipping address?
Shipping addresses cannot be changed. We will only ship to the address entered when the order was originally placed.

What payment options do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Your card is charged once your order is placed.
You can also pay in installments with Shop Pay.

What are your shipping options and costs?
We offer free U.S. shipping on all orders of $80 and up.
Available U.S. options:
Economy — 5 to 8 business days via UPS or DHL eCommerce.
Ground — 4 to 6 business days via UPS.
Express — order by noon ET, processing begins same day, delivery in 2 to 3 business days via UPS.
Priority — order by noon ET, processing begins same day, delivery in 1 to 2 business days via UPS.

What if my package is lost or stolen?
If you believe your package was lost or stolen, please contact contact@crwnbody.com.
Returns and exchanges

What is your return policy?
We do not currently accept returns; all sales are final. If your item is defective, please contact us.

Can I exchange my item?
At this time we are not able to offer exchanges.

Can you help with a damaged product?
We're sorry your item arrived damaged. Please send a photo of the damage to contact@crwnbody.com along with your order information and we'll help you with a resolution.
International

Can I shop in my local currency?
International customers can browse and shop in their local currency by selecting their country and currency from the dropdown in the main navigation.

What are the international shipping options?
We offer Standard and Express shipping via UPS depending on the destination country. The available options for your country are presented at checkout.
International orders can experience delays. Please contact us for updates.

How are duties and taxes handled?
For applicable countries, duties and taxes are automatically calculated and displayed at checkout. Depending on the country, you may choose DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) or DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid).
If DDU is selected, you are responsible for paying the required duties and taxes upon delivery, and the carrier may hold the package until they are paid.

How long does international delivery take?
Depending on the destination country and shipping method, international orders take between 4 and 21 business days to deliver.

Is your packaging recyclable?
We've removed all plastic and non-recyclable materials from our packaging, replacing them with FSC recycled paper boxes and compostable, eco-friendly bags.
